The elastic bands around my feet keep my pants from riding up. The squat thrusts strengthen my groin muscles...I do a hundred every day and you should too. The leather strap around my hand lets me hit kids in the head without mucking up my fists. No shirt. Ever. That's how I get the bronzed look year-round. I like to go bare feet as much as I can...y'know, to save the environment. So listen, just because I like expressive dance, pilates and stuff like that...well, I don't know where I'm going with this...but, I'm NOT GAY.
